Vintage Ultra Buttery Mesh Collar Necklace (16")

Well this is a bit unusual isn't it?! Don't see very much stiff mesh jewellery on the second-hand market - usually reserved for the fancy pants designer boutiques so I was SO thrilled to get my hands on this. And at a mega price. The person who sold it to me thought it was 9ct, and charged me accordingly so you're getting a GREAT PRICE (don't feel too bad for them, they also sold me something that was supposedly 18ct, but turned out to be 14ct so it all balances out - luckily I check and test everything and never go by word). 
 
The chain is stiffly woven strands of gold, which means it sits beautifully on the neck, with a collar-like look. The gold looks higher carat even than 14ct to be honest, it GLEAMS. So very buttery and luminous, even on this cold and cloudy day. And the condition is fantastic - zero denting.
